Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months before your wedding date. For peak season (October–February), 4–6 months in advance ensures your date is secured. Don't hesitate to reach out — we'll always let you know what's available.
Do you offer a bridal trial session?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. A pre-wedding trial lets us align on your look, test product compatibility with your skin tone, and make any adjustments well before the big day. Trials are available at our Mira Road base or at your location.
What areas do you serve?
We travel to venues across Mira Road, Bhayandar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Andheri, Bandra, Juhu, Powai, Mumbai, Thane, Vasai, Virar, Naigaon and Nalasopara. We come directly to your venue or hotel — no need to travel to us on your wedding morning.
Do you offer destination wedding makeup?
Absolutely. Preeti has styled brides at destination weddings across India. Travel and accommodation arrangements are made separately; contact us for a custom quote tailored to your destination.
Which products do you use?
We use only professional-grade, luxury international brands — Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, NARS, Huda Beauty and specialist airbrush ranges — selected to perform flawlessly under bright venue lighting and last through long celebration hours without touch-ups.
Can you handle makeup for the entire bridal party?
Yes. We bring a skilled, coordinated team to accommodate the bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride and other family members — all on a tight schedule, without any rush or compromise on quality.
Do you do groom makeup?
Yes. We offer a subtle, natural-finish grooming service for grooms — skin preparation, light corrective coverage and a setting finish — so you look polished and camera-ready without appearing made-up.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A booking deposit is required to hold your date. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may receive a partial refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact us directly for full details.
What makeup styles do you specialise in?
We specialise in HD bridal makeup, airbrush makeup, signature bridal looks, celebrity-style glam, party makeup and natural/dewy skin finishes. Every look is custom-designed to complement your features, outfit and venue lighting.
